My problem writing this review? I can only give 5 stars. I could justifiably give many more.
My AC died on a weekend of record breaking heat. I called someone recommended by a friend. He came out, said that my condenser was shot and a replacement would be over $4,000. He left and waited for my reply. I looked more closely at the unit and found a sticker with John Schirmeister's info. It turns out that he was the original installer 25 years ago when we remodeled. I thought that there was little chance that he would still be in business.
I called anyway and, lo and behold, Sabrina answered and set up a service call. John diagnosed several problems, some caused by another repair company we used a couple of years ago. One problem he recommended that we not fix, not to save money, but because it was not necessary.
If you need AC repair, John's your answer. His company was professional, his experience deep and his repairs saved us thousands of dollars

Love these folks! We had trouble with our AC during the recent horrendous heat wave. Even though they were very busy, they sent someone out the same day. When the problem came back on a Friday night, John (one of the owners?) came right over and fixed it. He gave us his cell number so we could get a hold of him if it died again! I won't go anywhere else!

They were able to come the same day we called for our broken central AC unit. By the next day we had a new unit installed. The owner is very knowledgeable and his Son and Grandson installed the unit. They were very courteous and honest which is hard to find in Los Angeles. I would recommend them highly.

They were professional, honest, always on-time and they knew what they were doing. Their customer service is outstanding and they worked with me in dealing with a mold issue around my fan coil and replacing the AC unit on my roof as well as working with and around my flooring people and my work schedule. I'd recommend them highly to anyone. Great team.

Schirmeister - Vinci installed a new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system at my house.
What impressed me right away about the company was that Joe Vinci took his time to inspect the house carefully before he gave me an official proposal.
Other installers I had interviewed did not spend that kind of time, and some contractors had even asked me what I was willing to spend without even taking a look at the house.
Joe was very knowledgable, honest, friendly and explained all the different options and technologies. The office coordinator Sabrina was very friendly and promptly returned my calls.
Joe and his team of four highly professional installers did an outstanding job. They were always punctual and polite. Their work was very clean and was completed in three days in the time frame I was told.
I'm very happy with my new HVAC system, and I strongly recommend Schirmeister - Vinci to do an excellent job.
Finally it was nice to see the LA city inspector being extremely satisfied and even praising Joe's work.
